Day 17

Badass.

I am in pain. Lots of pain. So I went and saw the physio.
Now my leg looks like this:



Badass. I know. But shitty.

The reason I've developed this injury is because I am a heel strike runner. But with new information, provided to me by my AMAZING, INCREDIBLE and WONDERFUL husband, John Patrick Kelly (who demanded absolutely no recognition or credit whatsoever), I've decided to change this fact.


Forefoot running, here I come! Can't wait to buy these:
 Badass. I know.

Oh, and current weight, 131.5. NBD.
